Prices are per person a day/a week on Half board accomodation. Reduction are valid on a 1:1 rate (1 parent : 1 child), and only on rooms where children are lodging with their parents. .
from 0 to 3 years old: - 70%
from 3 to 8 years old: - 50%
from 8 to 12 years old: - 30%

All rooms are strictly No-Smoking.

TERMS OF BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

BOOKING:
a deposit of 30% will be required as mandatory condition to register any reservation.
Deposit can be made both through credit transfer or charging your credit card ON YOUR PERSONAL AUTHORIZATION ONLY.

CANCELLATION:
If you decide to partially or completely call off your reservation up to 60 days before your arrival you will not be charged with any penalty.
In case you partially or completely cancell your reservation in a term of time between 60 to 7 days before your day of arrival,
WE WILL WITHHOLD THE DEPOSIT OF EUROS 300.00 AS CASE PROVIDED IN FOR LAW.(ART.1385 OF ITALIAN CIVIL LAW CODE)

IF CALLING OFF AFTER THE 7TH DAY BEFORE YOUR DAY OF ARRIVAL (READ: FROM 7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL) WE WILL CONSIDER IN OUR AUTHORITY TO CHARGE YOU FOR THE WHOLE RESERVED PERIOD OF STAY.

In case of advanced leave or deferred arrival, you will be charged for the missing nights respective of the reservation terms.
(i.e. If booking for 7 days and 6 nights and leaving after 4 nights,you will be charged for 6 nights.)
